They look like a copy of GHL heat exchangers, here is a picture of originals uninstalled. The left and right exhaust manifold exiting the exchanger on yours look a bit different-you can see individual pipes.

The collectors are similair to GHL but that is all. They could be a prototype of any of the above though if any existed & were not destroyed.

Powerhaus don't actually make anything, they just rebadge things or have them made and badge them.
