From my personal experience with the Garrett BB's, you don't need to run oil through the water passages. That's how I run mine. Oil cooled only and the water ports are left open. I run my car pretty hard and it's my daily driver and I have no oiling issues whatsoever. -4AN oil feed, NON-restricted.

I agree, no water needed, been using these since they came out, on air cooled engines, no problem at all, you can use oil to cool them out, cheers, Candy.

You need to clock the center housing oil outlet 90 degrees from horizontal, also the hole in the valve cover must align with the oil return tube, also it seems to me that the turbos are positioned to low. You may try to scavenge the oil thru the main sump or use a better (bigger) scavenge pump. Candy.
