1994 Turbo 3.6 Wheel Question

The 1994 Turbo had the 3.6 3-piece Speed-lines.

The offset were as follows

Front: 18x8 with offset of 52 (part# 96536213600)
Rear: 18x10 with offset of 51 (part# 96536214000)

Will these fit a 87-930 and will I need to remove my stock spacers or can I keep them.

Does anyone know what the standard 930 offset is? Is it the same as the 964 body style?

Lastly, the part numbers were given to me by the Porsche dealership and the gentlemen that I spoke with could not verify for sure that these were the correct speed-lines. Can anyone cross-reference these part numbers or look at their's for clarification?

The cars with ABS (the 964 series do) have a different offset to the earlier cars. You will needs spacers and the best type to get is of the hub adapter type.
You will need to work it out exactly right at the front so the centre of the new wheel when viewed from above is exactly where the stock wheel was. As for the rear it just needs to look right. You should find you need approx 30mm of spacing + the distance of any spacer you may or may not remove. Work it out exactly though.

I think the offset of the front wheels was 47 mm.
I believe Nathan is correct about the offsets and the need for spacers.
Speedline made wheels to fit the 930. Replica wheels from RH are available also.

How have you been? They do look great.

1) Are you using stock spacers or no spacers?
2) If no spacers, did you have to change out the studs to make them shorter?
3) What are your offsets?
4) Size of tires you are running?
5) Any issues at all with rubbing?
6) Are those the 3.6 look-a-likes or another model? If so, which model?

Doing just fine

I run the stock spacers. The wheels are 18X8.5F with an offset of 21 18X10R with an offset of 15 Tires are 245-35'sF and 285-30'sR As you can see I'm sitting pretty low and It will only rubs a small bit when I make a u-turn.

They do look nice. CL8ton, when you get your rims finished then post a pic. I think you will be pleasently suprised on how your car looks. Your wheel style would be my 2nd choice.

I have wanted the 3.6 wheels before I even owned my car. Too bad I could not afford a 3.6 Turbo... that would have been nice.

Speedline sells a set for the 930. My buddy has a set 18x12 and 18x9 I hate him no spacer. The 964 have no big wheel lips which I think make the wheels.

I think I used 1 inch spacers up front and 1.5 inch in the back.
