HP Junkies Round number 3

After a long away stay from the HP Dept I have decided to up grade the power plant once more. For this task I have hired two of the best people I know, One, Billet Design with a top notch reputation about fabrication and the second person none other than the legend himself. Mr.Eddie "Tito" Bello.

That's correct it's not a mistake, we now will have the opportunity to see how much power we can really make, in the works, new header design, new intercooler design, new efi racing maps and my all time favorite more boost ! In addition Bello has a "Few Tricks" under his sleeve athough he doesn't think that he has any magic.

As soon as the car is done it will be tuned in the in house billet design dyno, we are not sure of what to except, but according to Bello, we will make more power "Guaranteed" !!

New header design.

You must really know Marco good.. I called him about 10 different times... getting him to make me a set of headers.. even had the cash in hand at that time.. all I got was the run around... He makes some really nice stuff though.... Good luck to you ... Cant wait to see the finished product!!!

Anyone who has ever tried to weld aluminum, much less TIG weld aluminum can appreciate the artwork being created here! Keep it up.

very exciting stuff! It's so good to see you're back Juan, I followed your old efforts, can't wait to see what you come up with now. I also would have thought you'd be twin plugged, great to see the underside of your engine looks a lot like mine

GEEEZZZ, now THAT is an intercooler. I now have intercooler envy. Mine looks positively 'Girly-Man' in comparison to that monster. Cant wait for the numbers.

Juan, sorry if i missed it somewhere, but can u list some of the specs of your motor at this point, as well as engine mgmt? Thanks

Looking good Juan! Talk to you tonight. I have an extra intercooler and piping built by Billet Design if anyone is interested! It is just sitting in my spare room instead of making some power for someone!
