RT, I do everything but the welding and I have that done at work. Unfortunately I can't sell anything I make at work.
I can provide drawings for the flange so you could have a machine shop fab it, but all the tubing is fit one piece at a time. There are probably a few race shops in town who could do it, but considering material is over $500, it wouldn't be cheap.

Good materials and design come at a premium.
While the conical muffler inlet is optimal I cannot say there is a noticeable difference (on a mild engine) when using a slightly oversized exit pipe that quickly joins an expansion chamber. That transition does need to be close to the turbine outlet size to prevent a flat spot or lag when the turbo hits.
