somebody building a motor please pick these up- I paid 2,450 for used ones just a year ago- anybody building their motor should seriously consider!

Can these be fitted to the early 3 liter turbo? Are the original heads usable? Those are big$$$

My mechanic confirmed with several other reputable builders that these can be used without modification to earlier 3.3 case or heads. Any prospective buyer should conduct his own research. Many threads/examples of this modification on this board.

I've got the fully finned 965 P&C's on my 87 3.3L engine. No mods needed to the heads or case, although we did use a copper sprayed base gasket with an o-ring IIRC (maybe more, just can't remember...).

Why on earth have these not sold yet? Proper factory fully finned 964t cylinders and pistons..... I thought these would be long gone....
