No power at #1 fuse
Hi All,
1986 930. Windows and sun roof don't work but fuse is good. There is no voltage on hot side of fuse. Any ideas? Thanks, Mark |

yes as I recall the power comes from the "window control unit" in an 86.
it's on my list to fix in my car.. For a really quick fix you can jumper power to the top of that fuse and it should work. The circuit that goes bad allows the windows to operated after you turn the key off and before you open the door. It's the relay looking unit behind the speedometer as I recall. T

Turns out it was the relay.
You can open it and find the cold solder joint. ... Easy fix...no money. Thanks again for your help Mark |
