That thing is bonkers. It would be fun to update the suspension a little, put some sand paddles on it and hit the dunes!

That would be insane to drive... I wonder how much it weighs.

tits man - TITS!
Thanks for sharing! I could (and did) just sit and gawk @ the motor (money) shots. I'd find a way to slap lights / signals on it and make it a commuter. Neat story! |

From the looks of it, the trans holds the majority of the weight and there may either have a plate between the engine/trans or a bracket that mounts to the trans side of the engine. Pic #3 shows what I am talking about. You can see the tubing by the LR shock.

Either the rear cross brace, motor mounts, and tube frame chassis supporting the rear of the motor is made out of the same stuff used to make Wonder Woman's jet or the rear of the engine is just "hangin out!"

A sand rail extraordinaire. I bet that thing would scare the bee-Jesus outa you. I know of some gnarley logging roads, sand dunes and such that might be a real trip to blast around on that thing ('ol Gimp's a dirtbiking fool if'n y'all will remember). With the right tires it would spit one serious rooster tail of debris. I wonder how they keep the front end on the ground.

Two huge turbos with no intercooler on CIS. Wow. Man I'd love to drive that!

yeah thing is with the engine kinda hanging in space with no rear support. I cant see it staying together long after a typical baja type run.

Well i saw several pikes peaks runs I guess the road isnt that rough and it only has to stay together long enough to finish the hill climb. Just looks very weak.
