Question for Chris @ Turbocraft???
Question for Chris @ Turbocraft...Reference to Totle's engine damage. "New car-Detonation-my story"
Hello Chris, Could a slipped cam chain sprocket on 1st bank of cylinders, cause a temporary sine wave in the timing chain that could affect the cam timing on the 2nd bank of cylinders? If so, would it be enough to affect cam timing enough to cause the damage to 1 cylinder on the opposite side of the engine, as shown in the first set of photo's?? JFairman covered this pretty thoroughly in his post within that thread.
