2004 911 turbo transmission problems

Hello, I am new to this forum and have a question. I have an opportunity to purchase a 2004 911 turbo, one owner for pretty cheap. It has 80k miles, one owner. Just one minor problem it starts but it will not go into gear. Worse comes to worse how much to replace the entire transmission? Owner had it flatbedded home to his 10 car garage and wants rid of it. Has been sitting for 6 months.

Hard to say, could be just a clutch. Who knows?
New six speed runs about 9k w exchange as I recall. Probably about 5k to rebuild, keep in mind I'm sure the car needs other things if it's that neglected with 80k miles.
