Searching for a 930

On a search for a 930. Have owned an 86 for a short period of time a few years back. Was rough, but regret selling. I am located in Tulsa, OK, but distance is not an issue. I am not a wrench. I read these threads often, and quiet frankly am amazed at the ability people have to do the DYI work on these machines/works of art.

I know there are veterans here that know the market and where vehicles are listed that I cannot seem to find. Any help is appreciated. Not looking for a garage queen, but would like to have something pretty well sorted out. Have the funds to take care of issues if known up front. Black is my first option, but open.

Just throwing a line out there if anyone is interested in helping a newb out in this quest. Thank you for taking the time to read. Any help is sincerely appreciated.

Thank you very much for the replies and PM's. Rarly8, that is right in line for what I am looking for, color not a match. Congrats on the sale. Trying to stay under 40K. Some beautiful vehicles coming up. All help is appreciated.

There is a 87 930 black, listed yesterday in the for sale section. Posted by 911coop with Vertex Auto in Miami. Any thoughts? Opinions?

I'd go for im4duke. That's a slick car.

^^^^ Yeah Jeese. Shaved rain gutters. That thing is awesome.

That car is the whole package, built to be driven and enjoyed, and a reasonable price as well. Someone in the market for a black Turbo has got to crazy to pass this up.

Just my $0.02, no affiliation.

OK, I am in on the Duke. Need to discuss with him. Thank you

Maxx, not sure if PM's are going through. Please send a message if possible.

the op is looking to spend under $40k...for a really good car that is nearly impossible as these beasts are beginning to finally have their day! it is about time as these are among the greatest sports cars ever made. to the op...find a good one and consider looking outside of your original number. you will not have buyers remorse!

good luck!!
