I stopped this video half way through because this is such an idiotic driving to watch further. Can someone enhance his license plate and submitted to the police? This driver need to go to court.

Another few minutes of my life lost to nothingness. I quit watching after the first couple minutes (why I watch this **** at all is beyond me). What an absolute A-hole, not at all representative of the crowd I'm used to.
