reverse spring

I finished installing the hargett shifter in my car. I am having a problem with reverse.
Hargett sent me a softer spring for reverse. Where does it go? Is it a pain in the ass?
I have a short bellhousing turbo 4 speed tranny.
Thanks John

I think the reverse lock out spring is for the 915 trans. Our 4 speeds don't have a RLO

Sorry John, I misread your post.
I'm guessing you've tried adjusting the shift coupler already.

I found the solution with the softer spring and reported to Hargett years ago. Here you'll find my post about and where to replace:

Hargett adjustment
