New 3.45L Build
A while back I decided to build up another motor while enjoying the one I have. So, I ended up buying a spare case from IndyPR and then I happened to find a billet 76.4 crank. After discussing this with Turbokraft, I ended up shipping a bunch of parts that I accumulated and had them add their usual offerings. While I'm not really chasing HP right now....Who knows what I'll want later. So, this was build up with the good stuff they usually use and should handle whatever I come up with in the future. It is now sitting in my garage waiting to be finished. A big thanks to Chris and his team. I can't wait!

That crank is a beauty, I'd have a hard time hiding it in the case!

Thanks. There are quite a few parts that look great but will never (hopefully) see the light of day again.
Shuffle pin & boattailed case ARP Coated GT3 bearings Pauter rods CP Carrillo 98mm LN cylinders Need to track down some more parts...

Life seems to be getting in the way a lot lately. But, things are still moving.
I finished the new engine harness without all the extra wires. Knock sensors now have shielded wires, powdercoating is done and Pacific Oil Coolers blessed my cooler. I now need to search for another throttle bellcrank and waiting for the air port plugs before adding the exhaust/Turbo stuff. In a moment of weakness, I ordered a TK billet-tank IC, so, I can't wait to put it on!

Looks like another EFI conversion in the works. What type/brand are the COP's?

Thanks, Todd! Looking forward to seeing this all come together.
Billet intercooler tank is in process now, slowly turning almost 80# of aluminum slab into <1.5lb of end tank. :-)

Was going to mount the air pulley housing to start the mods for a cam sensor and the housing won't seat because it is hitting the lower #3 COP.
Before I put that in the mill and make it fit, I was hoping someone who has experienced this before would tell me how they solved this.....

Notch the housing with a die grinder for COP clearance.

No IC yet, but can't wait to see how it all fits together. It's starting to become more of a puzzle. I can't mount tins until I get the temp sensor for cyl3 and I can't run wires or hoses until I get all the throttle parts to make sure I don't use the space they need. So, I have been working on the rear tin that needed some work and now it needs to be powdercoated. I also got the air pump housing modified to clear the COP, set the cam sensor position and crank sensor installed. I should be able to get moving once again soon.

Why use stock rails when you can spend a bunch of time and $$ making them!
??? I have a buddy that has some unused ID1000 injectors. Provided the length and diameters are correct, would they be a good fit for this build???
