Do you mean 911.105.141.00 and 911.105.142.00?

if so, this it from a type 92 or 97 2.7 from 1974 911. Since this is from a CIS engine, the overlap is very small, but make sure they have not be reground to another profile. my references have a spec of 0.7mm to 0.9mm lift on the intake at TDC.

911.105.144.00 and 911.105.143.00 are from a 74-77 2.7 911S. Basically the same cam as the 911.105.141.00 and 911.105.142.00. The spec is 0.40mm to 0.54mm inlet lift at TDC. I don't know about the .0R or HO stamps are. The set of 143/144 cams I have on my shelf have the suffix .00 and they are stock cams. They may have been reground, but you should measure them to be sure. This is detailed in Wayne's book.
