Engine machining

I am looking for somewhere to do my cylinder reconditioning and stud replacement, does anyone know any places that are reasonable in the bay area? Thanks

Pete,

I am in the Bay area and I sent all my 2.7 machining to Ollie's in Santa Ana which is in the L.A. area. They are one of the best Porsche machine shops around. The shipping wasn't that much.

Ollie's phone number is 714-558-7334. Bruce Anderson and many others recommend them, and their prices are very reasonable. I can post their rates if anyone is interested.

Ollies does outstanding work. Quite a people here in Fl. send there cases, heads, etc. clear across the country to Ollies if that tells you anything. Besides that, there prices are very reasonable. Good Luck!!!!!
