That's an early idler arm. Does it have a bronze bushing in the pivot bore?
If the piece next to it is an aluminum spacer, then yes they're OK to use together with your 930 tensioners.

The additional pictures on the previous page show all the tensioner pieces, and the diagram is correct.

The reason you can’t run oil fed is the 67 motor was aluminum and the chain boxes and covers have a different amount of studs so you can’t use the later covers with the access to the tensioner feed

Does anyone know the exact sizes of the two black orings that go in the tensioner.

Not sure about the O ring size. I think you have the bleeding instructions? It is done in two stages. First use a wire to bleed the piston. This diagram is for the older style but works on yours. After bleeding the piston you fill the upper chamber with oil. Then hold the tensioner in a vice at an angle so the bolt on the side is up at an angle to bleed the air and excess oil out of the upper chamber. You want that upper chamber as full as possible but still able to compress the plunger. You will notice when you compress the plunger, I use a clamp to do so, the upper piston will raise slightly. Bleed again if necessary.
