Is this valve guide seal leak?

interesting it's enough to come out at head/cylinder interface. even showing signs of that on top of cylinder.

Maybe better question is does this suggest valve guide wear? Which you can test.

Hi Walt - thx. Heads were done about 15hrs ago, so most likely not, I was actually asking because I assume it’s leaking down valve stem and it’s not oil ring on piston going bad.
