Turbo Cam Modification Update
I need to have the cam extension added on an SC cam for a turbo oil pump drive.
I have the extension piece and pump but am looking for an experienced shop to drill and tap the cam. I know it must be perfectly centered or it will leak oil forever. No local shops in my area will touch it so please let me know if you can recommend anyone; shipping it is easy to get a proper job. Thanks |

Have you called Dema Elgin of Elgin Cams? Elgincams.com
Maybe search this on the Turbo forum. I think most just run a drain back to the sump with a fitting on the drain plug. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Any of the cam grinders - Dima, Web, Dougherty, etc. - should be set up add the drive extensions to cams that didn't come with them.

Thanks guys I'll reach out to them.
My sense is they'll do it if you bought cams from them but here I just bought used Genuine cams. |
