The deck mount cooler was installed at Supertec in Costa Mesa. I had Henry install the same cooler on one of my 6s that I drove for years.
Congratulations on all your research.
I understand Supertec has built engines for Kundensport. Even Eds 906.

Sorry, I misunderstood. I now see you meant the modified deck lid with the RX7 cooler that was on the car when I originally got it and not as it is now. I worked together with Ed to do the dual 930 coolers install and all the other work. Engine is still the same Supertec motor except we did some update work mostly to make it look stock and really drive amazing as a complete system with the gearbox, brakes, suspension, tires etc. I still have the Supertec lid and RX7 cooler in storage. The current setup with the dual 930 coolers with fans was an improvement in cooling especially including in stop and go traffic. For me, it’s an ongoing project but I would call it a success. I have a lot of respect for Henry and how amazing the motor was originally set up.

I love 914-6’s. I grew up next door to Jeff Zwart when he got his 6 in 1973 and he went to the factory and got all the M471GT parts. It’s great to see he still has it and still races it.
