Curil-T is not sold in Sweden
![]() I can get it from Germany but the freight of €20 for a €8 tube does not make me happy. Does anyone have alternative suggestions on what i can use instead ?? |

Hi Peter,
Three-Bond 1104 would do the trick. Around here, it's available from m/c shops.

Not my day, seems like Three-Bond is another product/manufacturer that thinks sweden is to small to make it worth being present...
But thanks for the suggestion

Well, i believe that porsche engines are rebuild in a proper way in sweden by professional people, and they must use something else than Curil-T ( I am not one of the professionals
) The search will continue ! I will post the result here. Heck for €30 i get a pallet of goods from Germany each week... |

Or you can just order it from us, and use Global Priority Mail Shipping which should be less than $10!

Well after some calls to Germany i found two distributors in Sweden and were able to get hold of it. Both distributors has websites, but none of them had the product visible, ie not showing on the Google search.... Calling around tho shops did not help either...
Finally, i called my local dealer who after getting the distributors name, placed an order for one (1) Curil-T to me So if you need Curil-T in Sweden, give me an mail, i can save you some time..

Curil-t...what does it do? Isn't there a Loctite or Wurth product that would do, those are available in Finland, so I would presume that Sweden has those too.

Engine rebuild book
? Well I don't have it handy (still at work and book is at home), but it sounds like threadlocker, Loctite has the same. If its some sealant between case halves and such, i used this orange goo, that has a word "green" in its name.

Curil-T is a non hardening high temp sealant. It isn't used to seal the whole case just #8 bearing.

Curil-T is what I recommend for a good, general-purpose sealant when you want an extra degree of assurance on seals. It's usage is almost always optional, but it certainly does help stop leaks...
