3.2 gasket questions

88 carrera Engine is out and gonna do valve guides and clutch. After much
reading seems wrightwood gasket set is the preferred set to use. Does
anyone know if the rsr seals are included? Does this set come with the white
valve stems seals? And how about any engine oil seals that may be included?
Tks for any help. also any advice on relieving pressure on carrera tensioners?

Talk to Wrightwood and tell them what you want. No problem.
Just pop the tensioners out and on reassembly, slowly squeeze them in a vise until you can stick a drill bit or the like into the hole at the top side. You will feel the pin go in farther as the piston is almost all the way in.

I've been buying their kits from our distributor here in Aus, and they come with Elring valve stem seals, both flywheel and crank pulley seals, and a full set of rsr seals too.
