High Temp Wire Loom or Shrink Wrap - Engine Wiring Harness

Any recommendations for a short length of high temp split wire loom?

Heat resistant tape?

Maybe just use 1.5" (3 to 1) heat shrink over the cracked area?

Raychem DR-25 is the motorsport standard. If you want the type with internal glue, Raychem SCL.

Personally, I'd slip the piece over it and install the harness before hitting it with the heat gun, for a more professional finish.

An interesting point of note (because I hadn't looked up the specs for these before). DR-25 is 2:1 shrink and max operating temp is 302F, SCL is 3:1 with max operating temp of 230F (due to glue).
