Seized piston
I bought another 911, a 71 T to put my 2.2L in. The PO had a 2.7L motor he had in it and had removed it 3 years ago. Said it was smoking. It sat for 3 years and is now seized. #1 cylinder is seized at TDC. Got the heads off. Any ideas on how to free it. I've had it soaking in WD40 for 3 days, no joy. I don't have high expections for this motor but I would like to free it up. I've checked other threads and PB Catlyst is the only other "chemical " solution I've found.

WD40 is useless for breaking fasteners free. Get some PB Blaster.

Smack it with a hammer a few times - that cylinder will be shot regardless...
