Am I missing a case plug?

As I was doing the J-B Weld sealing of the case plugs shown in the rebuild book it appears that I am missing a case plug as shown in the attached picture. Does the group agree? Where do I get a replacement? Wayne do you carry these?

Wayne, I bet you are right. That would explain the J-B weld around the edges.
