Oil bypass modification

Does anyone have the jig to do the modification? Looking to buy, rent, or borrow one.

Here it is:

Drill the pilot hole:


Finished size hole:


This is how the fixture stays in place:


Tapping for the plug, made a special short tap and ratchet since there is not a lot of room on the 2.7 with that extra web:
