Guys, I cannot find the torque values for the case through bolts OR the perimeter nuts in Wayne's book. What are the correct values? Thanks as usual. Tristan

25 and 18 respectively. From the Haynes manual.

It's in appendix A on page 200. 25.8 ft lbs and 18.4 ft lbs. I have a copy of this page taped on the wall next to my bench. Is that a copyright violation? Wayne should sell a laminated version of this page. Make sure your torque wrench is calibrated, and do not over torque the perimeter nuts on a mag case. You'll never forgive yourself if you pull one of the perimeter studs during assembly. This is the fun part... Good Luck. JP

Not saying that Wayne's book is inaccurate, but just to be sure, I would back up any spec info with another source. Typos appear in strange places, if the factory can print them, so can others. Sherwood
