				Do you think that my struts are cooked
			 
			Hi guys, I'm rebulding my front axel unit. I was wondering if my struts are good enougth to continue a little bit or not? There is a little gap which I can fell with my nail? Thanks a lot  . Have a nice day.   | ||

			Hi, I measure the spindles with a micrometer for accuracy. If the bearing surfaces are damaged, worn or otherwise not round, the strut should be replaced.

			Are you thinking that is a crack?  Kind of hard to tell in your picture.  Maybe a couple more close up shots of the area may help us evaluate.

			Thanks for your inputs guys. I just made a mistake by openning this thread here. By the way, I reopened it there . I will post more picture. It's not a crack. It's worn out. | ||
