				Engine photos during rebuild

Long block is complete! and yes the cranshaft does turn. Many thanks to all here and our host "W" for his book and this resource. I still have more to do, but wanted to show where this nubie is in his rebuild. Thanks again. Stock 2.4 MFI

Congratulations. Forward! Paint that pulley black; then carefully fill in the timing mark grooves (including the Z1 characters and the advance numbers) with white paint; you'll thank yourself in the future when you're timing the engine. Cheers, Jim

Jim, Thanks for the suggestion. I think I will paint it black tonight while listening to MNF and having a cold one. Good suggestion.

Yup, paint it black, and don't forget the front intermediate cover after you align the cam sprockets... -Wayne
