2.7 RS Spec Upgrades

My car has a 2.7 RS Spec motor

With the MFI system can I add a crank fire type ignition without having to modify the pump? Also does anyone think this is more the effort.

Any suggestions on creatinmg more power from this motor beyond going larger. Cams?

Higher compression pistons? That's if you want to tear the engine apart.

Hi

Your best bet would be higher compression and twin plug, Cam would alter the volumetric efficiency and require the MFI pump recalibrated (and their are limited profiles available), Changing the Pistons and Twin Plug would also not require a fullengine tear down
