Where do you get the Max Moritz P&Cs

I had a conversation with my mechanic this morning...his shop is fielding 5 cars at Road Atlanta and clearly knows something about something...

Anyway, he swore he had seen at least 15 engines seize with JE pistons in Mahle 3.2 nikasil-plated cylinders. Who knows...everyone has an opinion. No offense intended to our gracious hosts. Everyone has different experiences...

Anyway, I'm short on time and looking for a set of Mahle 3.2 p&c's "max Moritz" style. Any help?

Thanks

john

John,

The two Mahle distributors in North America are Andial and SSF Auto Parts. Andial sells wholesale/retail and can be reached at 714.957.3900. Ask for Pete or Arnold.

SSF sells wholesale only. Provided you can order wholesale, contact Dave Truax at 714.368.8957.

If ordering retail, I would suggest calling Pelican first since they make this BBS possible. They should be able to order on your behalf from either one of the two companies listed above.

Just be sure you are sitting down when you get quoted a price, they are not cheap, especially with the terrible Euro!

Michael,
I'll be there in a week, how about we catch a pint and discuss?
