930 engine removal
well i started removing the engine was wondering if i have to remove the sway bar in order to drop the motor. it looks like it but not sure. the swaybar runs right underneath the tranny mounts. if i do have to remove the sway bar do i have to take all the wait off the suspention or can i just take it off with the wheels on the ground?
thanks -larry |

Yes you need to take the sway bar off. If never done it with the weight on the wheels.

I just took of my swaybars with the wheels loaded. If both wheels are supported/unsupported equally, there is no torque on the sway bars.
