There is a 1.0 bar spring in the TIAL.

I know nothing of the K27HF2, so I can not compare. On the other hand, I am selling the T61 and replacing it with a GT35R for quicker spool. The T61 is just too lazy in the P trim and .68 AR. I am going to try the GT35R with a .84 AR, but the turbine trim is supposed to be much more responsive. If not, I'll get a .68 AR hot side and swap them out. I am using a billet high volume scavange pump too.

All this talk about tuning has me wondering about my choice of ECU. My decision has been Autronic for quite a while (I haven't bought it yet) but the supposedly best tuner in town only wants to work with Motec. Motec would be over a grand more (why am I even worried about money at this point??), but it sounds like it may pay for itself in tuning costs.

Andy sorry I do not have all the mods done to that car. It is out of the Billet Design camp. They were very pleased with how it turned out

I bought it from Tom Chan at TPC. I think it cost me $550 about 2 years ago. Rgds

I wouldn't port the heads. Carrera heads have already wider ports compared to 3.3 930 heads so there is no need to. They are already a sensible compromise between flow and off-boost torque (bigger ports=lower gas speed=less VE=lesstorque).

I would just port-match them in case there is a ridge here and there.
