My original 90k engine never pulled studs. I confirmed that by checking the nut torque by tightening only with a mid range flex head Snap-On clicker during valve adjustment time.

The stock pistons don't last.

Okay, here's the deal. Took my car to my mechanic and he was able to re-torque the heads. He said all the nuts tokk torque with no problem. Car is nice and quite and runs really good.

I'm going to cross my fingers and hope for the best.
