Look at what we did at my house this weekend
3.6L in a 1973 911
http://www.competitioncustompaint.com/shawn/shawn.html Myself, and my friend Chad built the 3.6 for another friend of ours, and we got it in the car this weekend. Haven't fired it up yet. He has alot of electrical work ahead of him before he's ready to fire it up. But the car and the engine look pretty cool!!!! Brian

You know, you really can't see the carbon fiber shroud. I know that was a big deal for the owner...
I think unless you have carbs or MFI...Too much gets covered up. Good lesson learned.

The owner had them powder coated. I wouldn't recommend doing it again...

Hey Brian,
I would recomend that you put a piece of plywood between your jackstands and the concrete block. Dean

Wow, car looks super sorted.. Love it!
With those rear calipers postioned at the top of the rotor, looks as though you have to remove them for bleeding. What was reasoning for this placement? Just curious.. |

Chris:
I have no clue why they were mounted that way. The only thing I worked on was the engine... I didn't pay attention to the rest of it, didn't have time. Brian
