3.0L P&C Identifiation
I have obtained a P&C set for a 3.0L SC with the following numbers on them:
pistons: 95L67 C021 cylinders: 95ZNW2 Can anyone tell me what these numbers mean, what car they came from and what the CR is?

I have a set of Nickasils from a Euro 3.0l engine that has the 95ZNW2, except that it has a 1 between the N and W. Including a picture. Just checked the number on the pistons... I have 95L70 ++ C021 with hi-comp Euro pistons. Also giving you a picture. Do they say Mahle on yours? Nickasils have 11 fins. The inside of your piston should also say Mahle if they are. Hope this helps... Lou

interesting, I guess the last number hs something to do with the CR. Mine ends with a 1 and I know thery are 8.5:1. I have a used set to go back in, and the # ends with a 2. Looks kike a 9.3:1 set from an 80s or later SC. The set that I have looks great, however the bottom piston skirt dimension is just under the recoomended wear range. Think that these will be ok?
