I consolidated a lot of information (including Camgrinder's input) into this thread. It should help you to refine your thoughts a little bit before talking to Camgrinder.

What rpm do you want the powerband to be? example, 2500 to 6500 rpms. How heavy is the car?

My DC24 profile is the most aggresive I would choose. Anything larger will move the powerband up from the 2500 starting point
you want. If you want most the power in the 2500 to 6500 range, and are willing to give up some power at 7000 for torque at 2500 choose the DC20 profile.

Be sure to pick up some performance valve springs as well from John. I just got mine from John and they are great! Best Regards, Alex
