A few Questions on my HS project

Hi, I'm replacing head studs on my 84 carrera,

my motor's on the ground now with the fuel inj removed.

First off, what do I need in terms of hardware to mate the Mainley custom adaper ring thats on its way to the engine / engine stand?

and do I have to remove the clutch to mate this up?

Do I need to buy that Snapon stud tool, or will double nutting / vise grips / Craftsman stud tool suffice?

What should I do about a new O2 sensor? and does it require the special socket?

I forgot to check to while it was still in the car and acessable...can I squeeze a craftsman allen socket into the exhauast stud hole in the Heat Exch. or do need that long allen head for sure?

What thread chaser do I need for the stud holes?

Regards,

John
