Wake up the top end a little and make the valves a little more likely to hit the pistons. Stiffer valve springs are a good idea with this cam.

Talk with John at www.drcamshafts.com. He will be able to tell you exactly what it will do for your engine. This is a very common to do during a top end or rebuild.

I have built a few 3.0 and 3.2 motors with 964 cams. Ingo has it right, they just wake the motor up a little. I liked them more in the 3.0 motors but they make a noticeable small improvement in both motors. I am not sure I would bother in a 3.2 unless the cams needed to be reground anyways, at that point it is a now cost upgrade.
Cheers
