hmmm, I'd check some of the other basics while your in there too John. Not sure how someone could have built that motor and missed the fact that the nose bearing was too small!
Good luck. Sorry, not sure if there were different size nose bearings. Hopefully one of the experts will know. At least you found the issue. Dion
