Thanks!.. Im going to run it as it is for now.. but I may end up switching out my Venturis back to 30's.. I have 32's now.. think I would need to RETUNE?... probably :/ Wonder how much power would be lost.. or would it possibly run w/ more power due to the smaller engine. Perhaps 32's are too much.. hmmmm

GotaT,
You might find your 2.4 runs with a bit more low end torque with a 30mm venturi.
You should retune, since the engine will be getting less air compared to a larger venturi.
1 or 2 sizes smaller with the main jets.
1 size smaller with the idle jets.
You will get better mileage.

The retuning of course with the idle fuel mixture screw and idle air correction screw will simply reset and rebalance the idle.

The smaller idle jets with the smaller venturi will return better city mileage.

The smaller main jets with the smaller venturi will return better highway mileage.

Ok Guys.. Over the weekend I put right at 600 miles according to my GPS traveling from Laf to Houston and Galveston. According to my calculation strictly HWY driving Economy was around 25-26.. I thought this was Stellar.. My overall trip was about 22 which included some in town and slower driving speeds. The car consumed about 3/4 quart of oil.

My average speed was 57mph round trip
On the HWY I was traveling around 70-80 there and back.. faster on the way back
AT 70 MPH = 3550 RPM 205 60 15's
