Jet and Choke sizes doable on my new engine?

Hello and thanks for your replies in advance.

I am looking at buying a set of carbs that have the following venturi's and jets. Will these work well for my 2.7 with 9.8:1 compression ported to 38/36and GE 40 cams?

size: 40
AV's: 4.5
Vens: 36
Mains: 145
Idles: 55
Idle airs: 130
Airs: 190
Tubes: F11
FBCV's: 50
Fittings: HB

I think those will be close. The venturi size is perfect. You might need to open up the mains to 150 or 155. I don't have alot of experience however so expert advise might help. LM1 or a trip to the dyno will dial it in.
