Your Thoughts on Changing a 964 Tip to Manual???

Hi,

I actually posted this on the 964 section and didn't recieve a hit, I hope you guys can help?

Have any of you guys had experience with doing this or know exactly what is involved in such an operation??

I'd really like to know your thoughts.....
