In additon to thethings discussed already, I would do
9m heads 9m Ps&Cs and I would have Geoffrey Ring do the motec install Geoffrey's car has over 100 race hours on it rev-ing to I think 8k with the heavy Mahle Ps&Cs.

would be even better to have say a 250bhp C2 (that runs at a proven 250bhp) dynod on the same session then swap your car on, that way you get a relative bar from a similiar car - any variances could them be scaled up accordingly. it shouldnt be too hard to find a stock healthy 964 to give you your 250bhp bar.
