Cam Timing - Remove rocker arms?

I'm in the process of reassembling my motor after replacing all of the head studs, two were broken. My question is regarding the cam timing and whether I need to remove the rocker arms (2,3,5,6) in order to properly time the cams. I removed the heads and cam towers in one piece and I have not disassembled them. So, I'd prefer to set the timing with the heads fully assembled.

Any reason why I can not proceed with all of the rockers in place?

Regards, Dave

Dave,
You don't have to remove them, but you should back the adjusting screws all the way out (all 12) before installing the chains and rotating the crank to TDC on #1.
