What type of camshaft is this?

I have a pair of centerlube camshaft with 47mm journals and 1,5mm thread for the sprocket nut. The right cam is marked with 362 498 and a "S" between the exhaust lobe of cyl 4 and intake lobe of cyl 5. The left cam has the drive for MFI pump. Anyone who knows make and info about these cams?

If the cam has 4 cam journals it is probably a set of 906 cams.
