Price check on machining please?

How much does it cost to do the following:

1. Bore 95mm Alusils cylinders to 98mm, and re-coat in Nikasil
2. Machine these cylinders to accept a flame ring
3. Machine a set of heads for the flame rings
4. Twin plug the heads
