Converting a US version 1980sc into a Euro spec motor

I curious how one goes about making a US version 911sc into a Euro HP spec. I live in Hawaii and have none of the California Emission regulations to deal with. Where all of the differences limited to intake and exhaust or where there internal changes aswell?

Thank for your knowledge.
Regards-

JS

The Euro version had 9.8 CR pistons, the big port CIS system and the big port heads.

The dizzy was also a separate part for the Euro.
