Cam resurfacing
I have some old cams that I want to put into another car, not a porsche, and was wondering if it's possible to clean/resurface the lobes/journals? The cams are not bad, but just wondering if this is possible?

Totally doable - very common practice. This is ideally done by a cam shop.
