Distributor rebuild and clean advice?

I have my distributor off of my 3.0 and noticed it was a little dirty and rusty inside. I attempted to take it apart to clean it and grease it but realized I may have a difficult time getting it back together, especially the springs and weights. Does anyone have experience cleaning and rebuilding distributors and can lend some advice? Are rebuild components like bushings readily available. The shaft doesn't have side-to-side play, but a little along the shaft. This appears normal.

Thanks
Andy

There is an entire thread in here by Dr Gunter about cleaning and lubing distributors. It is easy to follow. I found no real tricky areas to this. Do keep track of which springs go where.

Thanks Eagledriver. I found it and it was exactly what I was looking for. When searching on the subject I didn't see this, must not have looked back far enough. Anyway, I do think these tend to be a neglected part that isn't serviced enough.
